Bonjour and welcome to the 181st edition of Tranquility DeJure, a guide to bringing

tranquility to your everyday.

I'm really, really, really excited about sharing today's show with you.

It's very exciting, and it's happenings and musings on living the not-so-big-life with Sarah

Susinka.

And those of you have listened to the podcast for the past few years, you know I'm not much of a gusher.

But I have to say, I am totally enamored with this woman. I think her

message is spot on. I could not have come across her book at a more apropos time. And I really

cannot push this book more heavily. It's really interesting. I would almost say, I mean, I would say,

this book ranks up with the

amount of attention and adoration that I give the artist's way and the e-meth, which are like my

two top recommended books ever. So I'm going to be adding the not so big life into this.

And I just have to say this book is phenomenal and Sarah has a lot of really great

insights to share. So moving on, Nafcushing. Tranquilology Teleclass. I wanted to give everyone

the heads up that our next one is going to be in September. I'm actually going to take the

summer off from the teleclass and we'll resume when the

exciting fall season comes about, at least in the U.S. And it will be all about frolicking into fall.

And that's Monday, September 20th. So please mark your calendars for that and join us. Also,

some exciting workshops and retreats that are upcoming. We have the

virtual art retreat with Wish Studios Creative Cast, and that's April 30th through May 2nd. A week
