I want to share this beautiful, I guess it's a poem, very small poem. It's really a quote.

And I shared it in tonight's teleclass, and I just think it's beautiful. By Elizabeth Kubler-Ross.

How do geese know when to fly to the sun? Who tells them the seasons? How do we humans know when it is time to move on? As with the migrant birds, so surely with us, there is a voice within, if only we would listen to it. That tells us certainly when to go forth into the unknown. So my tranquility tip and a little bit of own work is to reflect on what this new season,

this new fall season means to you. And what do you want to see unfold? Workshops and

retreats. We have our annual fall foliage retreat to the hills of Virginia. This happens October 16th through the 18th. There's a

yummy little sauna there and a hot tub and amazing yoga. We'll be doing lots of good yoga,

vegetarian food. So if you're interested in available, please join. Also, tranquil space,

we're having our 10-year birthday bash. And I'd love to have any of our listeners there that can make it.

And then our third annual New Year's gala has been moved from Martin Luther King weekend in January to January 9th.

Please join me for that.

Fourth annual Hip Trinkled Chick retreat to the hills in upstate New York, March 26 through

the 28th, and then Costa Rica Bound, end of May through early June.
