Welcome to the 154th edition of Tranquility DeJure, a guide to bringing tranquility to your everyday.

I'm fresh back from leading a wonderful retreat in Costa Rica where I dined on

lots of papaya, enjoyed hammock time, and did oodles of reading, and just feel absolutely

grateful. And delighted to be home also and very delighted to share today's podcast with you.

Our show features happenings and musings on creativity with a lovely goddess Leone.

Workshops and retreats, so a heads up on some things that are upcoming.

We've got the next Tranquilology teleclass shine with

summer solstice. That's on June 29th. This weekend, I'm doing a hip-hop yoga class in Washington, D.C.

with a DJ. That's Friday night. And then on June 20th, we've got the summer solstice

staycation, an entire day focused on creating the vision for your life.

July 13th is Tools for Creative Expression at the Tranquility Showroom, which will be the final event that we'll have there, as Tranquility is actually coming back into my home.

And then there's a few other things that I have listed, including some retreats and the next

Costa Rica retreat in 2010.
