Dude, whenever I'm looking for like, who's the savant in the industry, it's you that I text on stuff like that, long time producer of ONA, it's Eric Nagel on all the socials or

on YouTube or wherever. It's Ericnagle.com figure everything out you need but

yeah we're a few minutes late nagel was a few minutes late yeah um so how you how you doing buddy well good

i'm glad you uh at least you appreciate and think i'm some sort of radio savant I just was on

board these podcasts recently yep and I got a handful of people say it's like Iraq um

Iraq pretends like he knows everything but he really knows absolutely nothing I'm sick of hearing

from it's like I work in the business I'm still sort of, I got my foot in the industry here.

So I know things.

And that's why he had me,

if I didn't know anything,

then why am I here wasting everybody's time?

Here's the thing.

And if you've worked in the business for any length of time,

there are a handful of guys that even inside the biggest shows or the biggest stations that are

like super nerds about the industry. They read the industry mags. They're FMQB guys. None of those

companies exist, by the way. Really? Are they all gone now? FMQB's gone. Radio and record,

the radio mags have been gone almost 20 years. Yeah. And it almost bums me out because I just blew all that shit. I was like, I'm doing the morning show. I don't fucking care about whatever. But, you know, but I look back now and I go, God, I wish I would have paid more attention to the programming end of things.
