I do have some updates.

Dan is here working on the garage area over there and put in some lighting. I don't think it's going to be enough for a studio,

but it's a good start. So I think I'm going to have to add some track lighting for the new studio.

I'm looking at some decor stuff. So I don't know. I keep going back and forth on what I want to do
