i'm doing great doing all right good yeah um interesting day here i had another uh engineer crew

come out uh today about the new studio feeling better about that one i actually got help from a long time friend

long time supporter uh craig bacchus down in uh texas this connected world we're all in uh when i

bitched about it on the show he heard it and uh he's he's got some connections he's a he's a

a big networking guy not not network, but networking.

That's good to have. And so he, he knew some people around here,

teams of people and whatnot. And so I kind of made my, my bitch is known. And Craig did a

little screening and got someone over here, which is great. It was cool to, it looks pretty straightforward.

I kind of had some deadline times that I'd like to meet, whether that's reality or not.

Time will tell.

But it was cool to have a crew over here, get eyeballs on it, kind of get some idea of what I'm trying to accomplish here.

So at least a step one on the long staircase to a new studio.

And it, you know, like was the issue before dealing with HOAs and all that kind of stuff,

kind of sucks.

So trying to have them, you know,

as minimally involved as possible. There are ways, you know, like what you're doing. They're

more focused on the exterior of a property than the interior. So it's like, okay, well, how do we

limit what they need to be involved with,
