I do have a little bit of an update that my, I think the house in Michigan may have sold today,

which means we can quickly soon.

I wouldn't say like, next week, it's going to take a minute for, you know, everything to go through.

But hopefully we can start working on that studio downstairs.

I meant to take some pictures.

I was kind of running around today.

It was kind of a crazy day.

I'll get to that in a minute.

But I'll get those to you, Garrett, maybe over the weekend.

And on Monday, we can show people kind of an outlay of how things are going to look and that kind of stuff.

Raj is not here.

I haven't heard from Raj.

He might be mad at me, you know, just from our text exchange yesterday.

If he pops in, I'll pull him up.

You know, I just, I'm a little pissed, a little pissy about yesterday just because of, uh, you know, I'd have been just fine.
