0:49.8	magazines. Photography magazines, including the ones I worked for, were the primary way many people learned about photography and new equipment. However, there were several blogs that gained a large following because they provided a more personal and intimate learning experience. One of those standouts was David Hoppe, the strobist. David shared how he used
1:14.4	portable flash as a photojournalist. He demystified the use of Flash and demonstrated how it could
1:21.5	be used as a creative tool. Flash became more than a tool to use when light levels were poor, and the blog became very influential, leading to increased use of strobe and new lines of products and accessories that leveraged the strobe's sensibility.
