Summary

David J. Murphy is a photojournalist and filmmaker who currently works near Charleston, S.C. He began his career 16 years ago when he joined the U.S. Marine Corps as a combat photojournalist. After leaving the Marine Corps he moved to New York City and worked as a freelance photojournalist. He later joined the U.S. Air National Guard and worked at F.S. Gabreski Air National Guard Base in Westhampton Beach, N.Y., as their visual information manager, photojournalist and broadcaster. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in photojournalism from Syracuse University, David joined the U.S. Air Force where he currently works as a public affairs officer. Resources: David J.
