Mike is regarded as one of the top experts in the area for sports performance training. He has made his mark in the industry over the past 30 years with an impressive following of professional athletes from the U.S. Women’s Olympic teams in soccer and ice hockey, the Boston Bruins and the Boston Red Sox. Mike has an incredible depth of knowledge and experience when it comes to improving athletic performance. In this episode we get into a lot of his training philosophies for athletes, chasing mastery and the importance of keeping it simple.
