Hello and welcome to Psychic Teachers. I'm your host Deb Bowen. And I'm Samantha Bay.

because we had some really heavy, serious conversations over the past few weeks.

And we thought that this week would be a nice week to just lighten up a little bit and talk about

the joyful side of the work that we all do. So welcome as we talk about fun gains that you can play with yourself to increase your intuition.

Before we do, and you know this, of course, if you're a regular listener, we have a meditation of the week, a crystal of the week, and a terro card of the week.

So Samantha, do you want to start with a meditation?

Since we're going to be working on increasing and enhancing our psychicability, I have a short meditation.

And just remember, please, everybody that my goal, and I, Deb's goal with these meditations, is that you can kind of use them as ideas.

So that when you're doing your own guided meditation practice at home, you can kind of take these ideas of springboards and really dive into them more deeply than we can on this show.

And for this one, I wanted to meditative exercise to help us really awaken our third eye.

So if you could close your eyes and if you're positioned to do so, and breathe deep leading, allowing yourself to relax, release on each exhale of breath, really allowing your muscles going down your spine to your arms, your legs, and your feet to fully relax.

Imagine a beautiful white light all around yourself so that you're completely protected.

And I'd like for you to picture your higher self, the part of you that knows everything.

I'd like for you to picture this person just kind of popping out of the top of your head and standing next to you.

And I'd like for you to look at yourself from the point of view of your higher self and just scan your body, scan your aura.

And I want you to notice, right around the third eye, which is in the center of our forehead, you see a lot of cobwebs.

You might also see some cords to any past life fears.

You might see some dullish brown or gray color, kind of like a little fog in front of the third eye.

Just take a moment as you're listening to my voice, to really look at your third eye.
