So, Samantha, let's begin by defining and kind of naming what that term might mean.

Sounds good because it is kind of a broad term. It's a little scary term too, higher self.

Oh, it's a wonderful term. I don't think it's scary at all, but let's talk about why

we might feel that way.

When I conceptualize one's higher self, I think of that being entity, energy form that

is who we intrinsically are. When we chose, many, many years ago, to differentiate, to

pull away from what we might call that creator force, that being force, what from the call

God, when we decided to individuate into various realms and planes of life. We did so
