crystal of the week and a terro of the week. So I just thought we could do our standard white

light meditation to bring in and usher in this new week. So if everyone could just take a deep breath

with me and if all of us listeners could just imagine that we're in a circle holding hands

and we're just sending love and light and healing to each other in this circle and that the more

we send out this light, the more it grows and expands inside of us as well. And I would love it if

each of you could picture a beautiful white light right at the top of your head. Just with the

intent of your breath, breathe this vibrant shining ball of white light into your head. Feel

its calming sensation as it enters your throat and spills down into your shoulders and your arms

and your fingers. Breathe the white light into your heart and really imagine it erasing

a way for you. Any residue you may be holding onto of unforgiveness, sadness or hurt,

just allowing the white light to take that away for you.

And breathe the white light into your stomach. Metaphysically this is where we hold onto anxieties

about work and relationships and money. So just see the white light gently absorbing any daily

anxieties or stressors that are on your mind this Sunday evening or whenever you're listening to

this on podcast. And breathe the white light into your hips and your legs. Feel its calming

sensation as it spills into your calves and your ankles and your feet, allowing it to flood into

each of your tentoves. And see this white, this beautiful white ball of light just expanding and

filling up every inch of your body and see it shining out from every pore in your body from

head to toe so that you yourself are a beacon of white light with every breath healing yourself

and with every exhale helping to heal your part of the world.
