Welcome to the Meena Gimes Show featuring Lenny, the only NFL podcast where one of the

hosts is over the moon about being quarantined with the other.

That's actually me.

I'm delighted to be home with my beloved pooch, but he's pretty happy to because as listeners

to this podcast know, we have kind of a misery style relationship where he never wants

me to leave the house as really angry and resentful and then thus enjoys being my

captor.

We're obviously home.

I hope if you're listening to this your home to or you're by yourself somewhere in the

world, it's a bit surreal at this moment.

Obviously talking about the NFL amidst everything that's happening with the pandemic, but it's

also I feel like given me, I don't want to speak for anyone else.

Kind of like a sense of normalcy that this is all still happening and it's not only

happening, Stephen Ruiz, it's actually happening with more intensity, I think, than recent

years because this has been I think one of the crazier free agency trade periods that

I can remember.

Yeah, I was thinking about this the other day like this is like the NBA.

This is like NBA style off season and that's what the NFL is always wanting.

They got it now.

All that took was a global pandemic to get it, I guess.
