I think a big thing for me this week is just how the whole team plays and prepares.

And Mack Jones is front and center with this, but he's not the only one.

But how they play, if it's a competitive game in the second half, do they make the plays they need to make to win?

In all three phases.

It's been a while since they've done that consistently.

And we focused mostly on Jones.

And I think this last game, I do.

I still do put a lot on Jones and the offense.

Certainly not in a vacuum because he's been left high and dry, certainly with his coaching and how slow the offensive scheme has been, you know, rounding into form. But to not

score a point in the fourth quarter when you scored on six of your first seven drives against

the worst past defense in the league, that's, that's just a gross underperformance. So I

predict the paths are actually going to show decently in this game, as they tend to do, they have not, you know, the playoff game was a wipeout. And they've had a few others along the way against middling teams like Chicago this year, New Orleans last year. But when they faced a lot of these good teams, they've been in it. They were in it this year with Baltimore. They were in it this year with Green Bay, and they're not even good, but the time you thought

they were.

You know, they've been hit with some of these good teams. They were in it in it in Minnesota. Last year, they were in it with the Buccaneers, in it with the Cowboys, in it with the bills the first time they came here, Gillette. so you know I expect them to be in this game in the second half, can you get a stop when you need it?

Can you punch true with a touchdown when you need it? Can you get a third down conversion when you need it? Like, it's been a while since they've been that kind of team. Yeah, I'll tell you for me, the big one's going to come on defense. like because again if they don't play better defense than they play it
