I'm just wondering from your perspective what you've seen from Mac the past couple games he's been in

and also what you're hoping for him going forward post-by.

Yeah.

You know, I think for me it's just enjoyable every single week that we get to kind of work together

in game plan and go into the game and grind through three hours of trying to handle different things that the defenses are given us.

Obviously, this is a couple weeks in a row where he's been able to be out there and go through the game and go through the process.

And I just think he just matures every single week with the way that he sees the game, the way that he plays the game,

and the way that he understands from a team standpoint, how we need to play maybe a particular game each week. And, you know, that's been great. He's very smart. He's got great ideas. He really helps, you know, everything from all the different positions, pull it all together. So from that aspect of it, I mean, he's just, you know, he's a great leader. He works extremely hard. So it's just a great joy, you know, I mean, I certainly just appreciate, you know, being able to be around him and work with someone like that who just loves the game and puts so much into it and wants to win and wants the team to win. So that's really been awesome. And I mean, obviously going forward, we just, you know, want to continue to improve and grow the offense every way that we can each week. Sometimes we add, you know, a couple things in each week that we're trying to do to build the offense. And, you know, he's right on board with all that trying to just give us that chance to win. And so that's really our goal, you know, just week by week to try to improve.

I'm just wondering, have you seen the type of progress you were hoping to see from him year two or even from the beginning of the season till now, especially with all the changes

that have been implemented.

Yeah, I think we, you know, we see progress every single week, you know, and maybe some of that

doesn't maybe be having itself in a way that's no trouble for everybody, but there

little things in there that we work on that improve each and every week.

And he certainly is progressing every week in a great way.
