It's been a crazy one. were in northern california with uh the old

podcast crew jr was there we were at norcalf classic and uh we stayed actually janine i think

she's in charge of their partnerships and the kind of event side of things connected us with this

Program treatment program called the bridge Napa which is like a intensive

Halfway House program that teaches like you know life skills to young men trying to get sober.

So we stayed, they do CrossFit. They do CrossFit every day. And so we stayed for three days,

extra taught a couple classes and helped with the owners or the folks managing the facility on kind of

coaching and CrossFit and then my limited experience working in substance abuse but it

was really cool so we're going to come out with did you send that, are you close to sending any of that video to Bradley?

I can just do it after this since I'm on my computer.

It won't take long.

We're sending, Brad's going to edit it and we're going to have this kind of mini documentary thing.

Essentially, the premise is going to be like, you know,

cross it for addiction and recovery.
