Welcome to Surviving the Survivor, the show that brings you the very best guests in all of true crime on trending criminal cases. And today we're talking

about a case that trended quite strongly and still is because of the actions of the now convicted

killer inside a courtroom over the last few months when she tried to attack her attorney. But that

seems to be the least of her worries after the crime she is convicted of.

We are talking about Taylor Shaw Business.

She was convicted back on July 26, 2023 for the February 222 murder and dismemberment of Shat, Thyrian in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

She had faced charges of first degree intentional homicide, third degree SA, and mutilating of a corpse.

The jury rejected her plea of not guilty by reason of mental, mental disease or defect, concluding she

was mentally incompetent at the time of the, mentally competent at the time of the crime.

The trial only lasted three days. That's all the jurors needed on this one. And Phil Ramos and I

They were actually the first state to permanently abolish the death penalty back in like the 1850s.

So if some are wondering, this is the type of crime that deserves it.

Why didn't you get it?

That's the reason why Wisconsin again abolishing the death penalty back in like 1853.
