Oh, I'm so glad to have you.

It's just always amazing to me that I ever felt

so alone when there's just so many amazing people out there who have, you know, learned lessons

and are happy to connect and share them. So thank you for doing this. I really appreciate it.

Yeah, yeah. It was kind of an epiphany that I had this spring at one point in my journey that I'll share a little bit about that it became kind of important for me to start being a little bit more like recovering out loud. I think we hear that phrase in our circles.
