She played a crucial role in achieving a school record and national-qualifying time of 10:49.24 this past indoor season. Taylor herself has achieved impressive rankings at BYU, including third all-time in the 5000m, fourth in the 10,000m, and seventh in the indoor 3000m. Before attending BYU, Taylor excelled in high school track and field, winning multiple championships and setting records in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m events. She has a strong academic background, receiving various academic honors while participating in multiple sports. Taylor's dedication to athletics and impressive achievements make her a standout athlete both on and off the track.

In today's episode we deconstruct Taylor's incredible story. From her late start in the sport, to her flourishing over the past two years of doing it, her story is nothing short of amazing. We also bring on special guest Sadie Engelhardt for some fun light subjects and exclusive stories.
