So, to get us started, as always, tell us a little bit about yourself.

Yeah, so I am a food blogger at the website www.foodfafitness.com.

It is a website about food, faith, and fitness.

Hence the name, but it's mostly food.

So that's kind of like where I'm at now, what I do.

But that's not the most important part of the story.

It really is, if we go way back, way way back, almost 20 years ago,

I actually had an eating disorder when I was 13, so pretty young.

It's in the hospital.

Told I was going to die.
