on Monday. Lake and Riley's murderer, Jose Abara, has been found guilty on all 10 counts in

connection with the death of Lakeakin Riley, I should say.

And it's just puzzling to me that the death penalty was not a consideration.

And apparently the mother of Laken Riley has come out today on her victim impact statement,

saying that Jose Ibarra should get life without

parole. Now, that's fine. The family is afforded, of course, their own opinion on what should

happen here. I'm not sure, you know, how much the judge is going to take it into account. The judge

still has the authority to say to overrule the

you know the arguments of the prosecution for life without parole and opt for the death penalty
