Like this is the time for multifamily investing.

If you can just weather the storm right now,

you're going to come out at the other side.

So grateful you just jumped in, but so many people are like,

oh, I'll just wait till the interest rates cut and there's no inventory so what

do you think is gonna happen the prices shoot back up right so now you're

overpaying for an asset and your down payment that you've been saving up

now went from a hundred grand to now you need

200 grand or two hundred grand to three hundred grand so are you really saving

money I think it's more smart to understand the tax game how you can leverage real

estate to create more cash flow for you so you can jump in even

though these interest rates might scare you a little bit knowing that they're going to eventually

come down in the future.
