As you may know, all clients need to migrate in the coming three to four years to a new ERP system, whether it would be as a P, Oracle, Microsoft, what you all have out there. So what we typically say and see in these discussions with clients is why don't you take this opportunity of this |
| 2:03.6 | heavy investment as a firm to move to a new ERP system that will stay alive for the coming 10, |
| 2:10.6 | 15 years to really become tax transformational. |
| 2:15.6 | I always use the example in Orals or pitches with CFOs and CIOs in the past and currently. |
| 2:25.3 | Country by country reporting for transfer pricing is only existing the last five, six years, while your old ERP system is already in place 15, 20 years back in time. |
| 2:40.0 | So at that moment when you installed your new ERP system, you were not able to deal with the country-by-country reporting that you need to do on your inter-company transactions. |
