You probably wonder why I'm in the hot seat today and that one of the more illustrious and well prepared presenters.

But were Liverpool playing in the FIFA Club World Championships in guitar next week?

Neil got in touch with me and asked if I would present a show to discuss

the idea of us playing in Qatar. There's been lots of discussion and debate and anger

in recent years following the decision by FIFA to award the

2022 World Cup to Qatar and mainly this has often been in a football context and

the ethics of FIFA's decision-making processes that That has though been questions raised about the suitability of Qatar as a country and their track record.

And so joining me to discuss some of these issues and get their thoughts on it are Neil Atkinson and anti-heating.

And a disclaimer from me at the outset, I've been fairly outspoken about guitar, I think, on

band this filth shows, both to beat Neil Dachamauham but also in all honesty and I wrote a piece which we'll reference on this around the guitar world cut my day job working for the TUC we've campaigned on some of the issues around Qatar and

so if the trade, why the trade union movement are recently done a piece with Joe

dot-co. UK about Qatar and the World Cup and football being hosted there.

And I'm also, to be clear, not going to Qatar,

that's not a place I would plan to visit even for the football.

So what we're going to really talk about is what are the issues within Qatar,

what has sort of been talked about in the last few years and

obviously decisions that the lads and lasses from the unfielder have made around Qatar and their

broadcast of the shows there.
