This is the last chapter in the series, Taunting Terrorists.

When I detail cases of victims' families,

Taunted and terrorized by their loved ones' killers

through anonymous phone calls or messages.

This case is a little different from the rest,

and that in this case, the victim herself begins receiving

harassing letters and phone calls from someone out to do her harm.

She will eventually be kidnapped and attacked by the person

who has given the name the poet due to his rhyming letters.

But when investigators finally discover who the poet is,

they and the public will be shocked and confounded.

This is the case of Ruth Finley and the poet.

In 1978, Ruth Finley, born Ruth Smock in Richard Missouri,

was a 48-year-old married mother of two grown sons

who worked for Southwestern Bell telephone company in Wichita, Kansas.
