Summary

Good Morning, Gus! We’re in the back of a tattoo parlor getting coffee this week. Well, Dark Horse is more like an art gallery/tattoo parlor. Either way, we got the coffee and we’re walking around the E. Cesar Chavez area. A lot of homes are on the come up and they’re really expensive but there’s a 3D printed house which is strange. Fun. 0:09.0	This might be the most unusual coffee shop I've ever walked into.
0:13.0	Well, that's because it's a coffee shop in the very back that's hidden away from you, but in the front it's a tattoo parlor.
0:19.0	And a barber shop. We walked in and I couldn't see coffee anywhere and there was a woman sitting by the door,
0:24.6	looked at us and it felt like a shady deal. She was like, hey, you want some coffee?
0:26.6	Dude, it was fun.
0:27.6	And I was like, we were like, yeah?
0:28.6	Yeah, follow me.
0:29.6	We also, and then she took us into the back of the building. This is like their parking lot. Oh, this is it? Yeah, yeah. She was, let's walk back here.
0:37.6	She was like, oh yeah, back here, it's going to be like an event space, but it's also a parking
0:40.6	lot. And as she was telling us that, she dropped a whole cup of coffee into the ice.
0:45.5	She had my ice coffee. And she was pouring ice into it and she flipped it into the whole
0:50.4	ice container. Yep. And then that ruined her day. Yeah. And I feel so bad for her.
0:55.0	But this is all, so I think I'm going to turn this into an event space.
0:57.4	We were trying to figure out what this used to be.
0:59.4	Oh, we can just walk over here and hit the neighborhood.
