Summary

This week on "Prime Time with Sean Mooney," we welcome WWE legend, Tatanka! In this episode, Tatanka talks about his faith and Native American heritage - and how much of a role that has played throughout his life. Tatanka talks about a chance meeting that led him to "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers - and ultimately the Monster Factory and trainer Larry Sharpe. He also talks about working for George Scott, and the opportunity to work with legends like Ricky Steamboat and Wahoo McDaniel. Tatanka takes us through his journey to the WWE, the creation of the Tatanka gimmick, and the importance of honoring his people with the gimmick. He reflects on his 2-year undefeated streak, and the opportunity to wrestle some of WWE's biggest names, on some of the world's biggest stages, like WrestleMania VIII in the Hoosier Dome, and SummerSlam 1992 at Wembley Stadium. Plus, Tatanka discusses what led to him to leave the WWE in 1996, his eventual return in 2005, his Legends contract, and so much more!
