0:11.7	Hi, everyone. I'm Jack Murphy. This is The Team House. I'm here with our guest today, Joe England.
0:18.1	Joe had a very interesting career, an unconventional career in several ways.
0:23.1	He served as a Sa'd A in Special Forces, and then he went on to be a SIGANT guy in the unit
0:29.2	known as TFO or ISA, one of the Army Special Mission units. And then he became a helicopter pilot.
0:36.1	And today he runs a YouTube channel that talks about health and wellness, mental health.
0:43.4	And also, he's recently retired and had a bit of an upset on the way out the door that we'll talk about a little later in this interview.
0:53.2	But Joe, thank you so much for taking some time this evening to talk to us.
0:58.1	Absolutely.
0:58.8	Appreciate it.
1:00.0	So look, man, we were talking a little bit before the show.
1:02.8	I'd love to hear a little bit about your childhood and growing up.
1:05.9	I mean, you told me you have a really extensive military history in your family.
1:14.1	Yes.
1:15.5	So, yeah, I come from a long line of pretty much officers, at least until May, dating back to the Civil War.
1:23.6	My great-grandfather was in Spanish-American War.
1:28.3	He charged up San Juan Hill, World War I,
1:32.3	did a number of different things.
1:34.3	And then he had three sons who were all officers in World War II,
1:38.3	including my grandfather, who was one of Patton's company tank commanders.
1:42.3	The other brother was in the 82nd,
1:46.3	and I believe the third one was some sort of artillery officer.
