0:21.3	did a periscope I did a Facebook live I did a periscope, I did a Facebook live, I did a couple of different versions of what I'm going to share with you here today on the podcast, because after I did it, a lot of people wanted to know more and also wanted me to kind of break it down a little bit even further than I did on Periscope or on Facebook live.

0:44.0	that I received in the mail, and I thought was really, really great packaging
0:48.0	and in such a small package.
0:50.0	Because people think of this packaging thing

0:53.3	like big box and you have to have like all of this material and this package was
0:58.6	really small and they packed a ton of inserts, of information,
1:05.2	and they made it feel really, really professional.
1:07.8	So what I did was I kind of tore it all apart
