Well, I'm going to talk about that. I'm going to talk about my thoughts as far as do reviews work anymore or what is the role of a review because some

of you I think I actually believe that have it wrong and I'm going to share my feelings and my thoughts on today's

episode. Now before we do jump in I wanted to mention real quick that we had a

workshop last night and all of you that showed up thank you so much it was a lot of fun we had

over 600 people signed up for that workshop and it was a lot of fun we

actually stayed on an extra I think 40 minutes at the end answering some Q&A. Now if you haven't
