One, two, four, six. That was just, wow. Did you, did you sleep good this past week? Because I slept lovely. You know what's crazy? What? I slept terribly. Oh, no. Was it all just like accumulating? Yeah, I don't know if it was just like the buildup or just like life in general. But like thinking I was going to be all peaceful and like go to

sleep and it was it was the night sleeps where you're laying there almost wishing for death at that

point when you're like I can't turn and look and see that another hour has gone by and I try because I

usually count backwards from 100 oh yeah that's like a thing yeah a thing. Yeah. No, I've heard that. I've just never actually had to practice it. All the time. And then when I wake up, I could not tell you like where I stopped. Like I just keep going until I finally fall asleep. And that was not working. I had my rain music on. I tried to like get up, give myself like a little shakeout.
