Aloha and welcome to our next episode on to Row. Patty and I are really excited. We have a special

guests today. This is the topic that both of us have wanted to cover for the past few years now.

And so we're excited to bring this to you. But before we get into it, I feel like Patty and I need to like

touch on this exciting adventure that we just came back from, which is also the reason,

or part of the reason why we weren't able to release an episode on the last new moon. So we

apologize for that. But her and I were in Mexico

together co-facilitating a retreat. We were, and it was amazing. We were down in the Yucatan,

and we did some outings to some sacred spaces, and it was very powerful, and the most amazing group of people just unbelievably

magical powerful people there yeah i got to bring attention to that like patty you and i

attract some pretty cool people like every single time we've done a gathering, everybody's awesome.

There's no bad apples.

Everybody gets along with each other.

And I've heard this time and time again with various gatherings that have come through

our listener base.

They always say, like, I actually make really deep and sincere connections with everybody.

Not just like little clicky

groups that separate within the retreat. It's like everybody is getting along, which allows for

everybody to go so much deeper and feel so much more supported. You know, in reflection of Mexico,

I was like stunned at how powerful it was. You know, in the design of it, I had this idea of like what, you know, I wanted it to be.
