I like the higher on paper.

It seems like to me, Spencer Carberry checks a lot of the boxes the capels we're looking

for.

What the caps are trying to do right now is incredibly difficult.

They're trying to retool on the fly.

It's almost like threading a needle.

They've got this group of veterans, but they've also got a number of young players who are

on the roster and some that are in Hershey that need to be moved to the next level.

They need to either become impact players at the NHL level or they need to move from the

NHL roster to the NHL roster.

If you look at Spencer's resume, you see evidence of and track record of him being able to

do both of those things.

Now, he's ever been a head coach in the NHL, but he's been a head coach at other levels.
