Hello, everybody and welcome to The Great America Show. It's great to have you with us today.

Thanks so much for joining us. Happy April Fools. I won't be telling any jokes today because there's nothing to joke about as we begin our top story of the night.

Out of the great state of Georgia, a not so great story. Those of you have tuned in to Loo Show, The Great America Show,

or Lou Dobbs tonight over the last few years, would have heard about a case that we've talked

about, as I said for the last few years down in Georgia. The case, Curling v. Rappensberger. It's been

going on for eight years, and a UV year ago, it went to trial.

Okay?

We now today got a ruling from Judge Amy Totenberg, and the ruling states this, quote,

the court lacks jurisdiction to consider the merits of the plaintiff's claims.

A year after this case went to trial,

Judge Amy Totenberg comes back with this ruling, eight years after the case began in Georgia.

Now, the case from the inception was to get rid of electric voting machines in Georgia,

because, as they say, the susceptibility to fraud and hacketing and changing votes.

So at that trial a year ago, they had Jay Alex Holderman, who's perhaps one of the smartest

folks in this country, maybe in the world on voting machines and how susceptible they are to

rigging. Take a listen to Mr. Holderman testifying before Congress. Now, I'll preface it with this.

Holderman during that trial for this case, Curling v. Raffinsberger, hacked a voting machine

in a mere 30 seconds using a Bick pen, a $1 big pen, hacked the voting machine and changed votes

using that pen.

I'm a professor of computer science and have spent the last 10 years studying the electronic

voting systems that our nation relies on. My conclusion from that work is that our highly computerized election infrastructure
