Hey, everyone. Welcome to Reality TV Rehaps for episode five of season nine of the Amazing

Race Canada. My name is Jessica Lees, and I'm ready to break down all of the things

that happened on this eventful British Columbia leg of the Amazing Race Canada. But guess

what? They're all British Columbia legs now forever. We're just going to rename it Amazing

Race British Columbia. And of course, with me as always, is a guy I like a whole lot

better than three-hour-old tacos from the back of my car, Dan Heaton.

Oh, well, thank you, Jess. Well, I have a card to read for you about your future. Oh, no,

wait. We have to wait till tomorrow at 7 a.m. So you can't learn it now. We have to wait.

I hate it when I have to wait until the future to know my future. Your future shows stability

or a tough decision that may come back to haunt you. Yeah. You know what I thought was kind

of hilarious about that whole tarot card situation, Dan? I thought it was hilarious that the

tarot card reader appeared to be going into great detail with some of the teams and less

so with others. I mean, I'm sure she had a finite amount of time with all of them. Yeah.

But some of them, she seemed to have a way more to say about the future. I would be insulted

if she didn't have a lot for me. It's like, yeah, I don't want to tell you. One of the

teams was like, they're worried about death. I was like, oh my gosh, this is getting serious,

Jess. This is, I hope nothing happens on the race. I'm getting nervous. Oh, it is like

the classic tarot card trope. Like anybody, anybody that's ever brought out a deck of tarot

cards at a slumber party knows that the death card just means upheaval and change. That is

true. Now I didn't mean to jump on the headline, Jess, which is only one task involving a sponsor

that I can notice. Only one. What is going on? Yeah. It was impressive. We kind of, we

really curtailed the sponsorship this week. Although, Dan, I have the most exciting news.
