Welcome back. How you doing? Gosh, it's just so weird to be on a podcast interview with you, Elle. We just did this yesterday. I'm doing great. I'm excited to be here on primal blueprint and talk to my people. Yeah, my light-minded people out there. I love the way you look at so many things and so many comments. I mean, I've actually watched a lot of interviews with you as well in the past. And I still do. I still continue to love to watch them. I always learn something. You know, right now, you know, we're in the throes of January a time when people are either by the winter trappings of weather, they gained a lot of weight. They're feeling garbage. They didn't get to exercise. Plus, we've got the pandemic. So, you know what I mean? So I'm sure over the

So we're going to talk a lot about that today. I guess I would just, let's start off, even though

you've been on the podcast before, let's start off and talk about how like you were the classic uninformed on health in every way person. Like there's no one that was, I don't think I've even met anyone that was more uninformed at one point than you were, right? Which I love because you were the opposite now. So tell us about when you didn't know stuff, what your diet was like,

what you thought health was, what you, you know, give us a rundown. Yeah, actually, I mean, I know you're in these communities, L, but there's a ton of people out there like me. Like I was what I would consider normal American, right? Normal American. And, you know, I love that you, I got to say, I love that you pulled out like this new year, new you thing because I love that 2020 ended with a zero because it was ground zero for a lot of people, seriously.
