Today I speak with Tara Brock.

Tara is an author, clinical psychologist, and the founder and senior teacher

of the Insight Meditation Community of Washington. She's the author of the Sounds True

Audio Learning Programs, Radical Acceptance, a Buddhist guide to freeing yourself from shame,

and meditations for emotional healing, finding freedom in the face of difficulty.

She's also the creator of a new nine-week online course on meditation and psychotherapy,

and online training for integrating mindfulness into clinical practice.
