It is so great to be back here on another episode with another interview from Sarhad. That's right. Sarhad

Karah. I know that I butchered his name a few times in the interview. But I have it right now.

Sarhad Karah. And he is, I like to say a life coach. I don't know if that's what he says about himself. It's kind of like

all around help for people. And I know that it works with a lot of men. And he is all the way in

India. So when we did this interview, it was very late at night for him. And it was just great to

have him on the podcast. So what did we talk about? Well, we went into a lot of different

topics, but we stayed around the idea of tapping into your deeper self and looking at things

on a deeper level and understanding perspective, so to speak, in terms of how we look at things,

how we look at rejection, how we look at the world. And Sarhad has a lot of just

really wise things to say, which is one of the reasons why I had him here on the podcast. So I'm so

excited to interview him and excited for you to listen. So why don't we just get right into it
