I had a new client tell me that there was absolutely no way he could make any more money

in the industry and the marketplace that he was in.

He was in one of the trades businesses in a major metropolitan city.

And he was doing about $7 million a year.

And in his mind, with everybody that he knew, he was absolutely crushing it. Now, $7 million a year is a lot of money,

and that is absolutely crushing it. But it's not maxed out. It's not the most you can do. It's definitely

not the end of the line. It's not a plateau. But this person had never met anybody who was able to do more than that.

And none of their contractors, none of their friends, none of their relatives.

This was a second generational business.

The father had never been able to do that.

This guy carried it as far as it had been able to come and was totally convinced that that was just his lot in life,

that he was maxed out.
