and they are increasingly popular for modern front-end development. Tanner Lindsley is the creator

It's going great. How are you?

I'm doing fantastic. Why don't you tell us a little bit about yourself?

I make software. Primarily open source software now, as of about almost a year ago,

it marks when I went full timetime on TANStack.

So it's going really well.

Before that, I was running a startup with some friends called Nozzle.

I spent 10 years there solving difficult front-end problems, which explains why a lot of the tools I have today exist.

Yeah, that totally makes sense.

Before that, I was like an angular, ionic junkie who was making money off of WordPress.
