I'm watching Ab's Morning Skate as we speak

and things are going well here in Colorado.

How quick is that? Like I'm always curious about practice tempo. What's a tempo of the

Avalanche practice? See theirs are interesting.

Their morning skates are, they're very much more in the tune-up main.

They don't do line rushes.

They just do a couple drills and then power play and penalty killed and it's probably over in 20-25 minutes.

It's not a they're not one of the harder morning state teams.

You know there's a there's a couple of stories about teams I mean I can think of the

first time that I heard about this was with the Red Army in the 1970s.
