with the Women's March, I sense trauma there and I'm not a doctor, but I sense that it's hard for

you. In your book, you have Linda Sarsores right about in a stead. When you spoke on the Breakfast Club

about it, you spoke about going through some depression over your experience there. In the Atlantic,

you wrote, I think that my value to the work I do is that I can go into many spaces as it relates

to dealing with the complexity of the black experience in America. It takes a lot of different types

of people to help us with our struggle. And that quote, I read it because of what you had to say to

Megan McCain when you went on a view. I didn't realize that white women's ears get so red when they

get upset. And I watched this recently and her ears were red as shit. But what I really liked about

that exchange with her is that she was doing something that white people do, I think, sometimes

unintentionally. And I think that that's a racist white woman. But even someone who I don't

consider racist, sometimes their white privilege leased them to think that we require or need their

approval for the way in which we move and the things we say and the way in which she was sort of

bullying, bullying you to denounce Minister Farrakhan and NOI. I didn't personally appreciate it,

made me upset. In your book, I feel like speak truth about the nation of Islam and their

influential Malcolm X and their influence in the community. Can you break down that episode a

little bit and try to maybe explain why black activists and black people like myself, because I've

had my similar issues where I have a picture with Farrakhan from not a Saviour's Day event,
