Man, if there's ever been somebody on this show who is an unequivocal master of their

craft, it is her. She's widely regarded as one of the greatest basketball players of all time, male or female.

She's appeared in more W.N.B.A. playoff games than any player in history.

She's the only player in W.M.MBA history to appear in 10 All-Star games.

She's one of only three American basketball players male or female to earn four Olympic gold medals and it goes without saying she's a

member of the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame. Oh yeah and now today she

retired as a player a few years ago. Today she's the general manager of her former team the Indiana Fever

So Tamika and I recently sat down. We talked about how we became friends over my book The Great a few years ago.
