All right. Welcome to the Addictive Mind Plus. Duane here with my brother, Eric. And today we're going to talk about rumination. What is it? How does it impact us? And how do we

work with it to maybe get out of it? Yeah. And if you don't know what rumination is,

this is a good episode for you because a lot of people don't know the term rumination,

and we're going to get into what it means. If rumination was an Olympic sport, I would have a gold

medal in it. I ruminate a lot. So this topic is very important to me, and it's helped me out a lot

learning how to deal with rumination. What about you doing? Well, I think I would come in with a

Eric, you're going to, you're going to jump in and take this. And so let's just start right off. Let's define

rumination. What does that mean? And how do we know we're struggling with it? Yeah. So rumination

is a fancy word for thought patterns that are looping over and over. Like a lot of us have that broken record when a vent happens where we just play it over

and over and it's usually negative in connotation, right?
