So we're going to talk about a very big study that was done called the ACEs study,

which stands for adverse childhood experiences. And the reason this is really important is because often,

especially if we're struggling with substance use disorders, there's a high

correlation of having some of these aces, and we'll talk about what they are in a minute,

and struggling not only with substance use disorder or an addictive disorder, but also struggling

with mental health problems and physical problems.
