This is my favorite time of the year. Every time is your favorite time of the year. I have to tell myself that. You got to be positive.

I met Matt just cooking barbecue. I mean, he's, you know, he's real big in Texas, real big all over. He's part of Team Trager.

1:26.5	and he's got a store and Waxahatchy his hometown. He does classes, and he's just a cool dude. And anytime I can catch up with him, I always enjoy seeing what's going on in his world. So that's what we're going to do today. we're going to talk to Matt about some of the recipes he's been doing here lately,
