like doing them. I love mixing it up and having all different kinds of episodes, but it is sometimes

hard to find people that I want to talk to and people interested in talking to me, but I've been trying

to track down Shay since last year and we were able to finally connect for this

episode. If you don't know Shay he is a food pro and we talk about his career including his time as the food editor at People magazine.

He was on a Gordon Ramsey cooking show last year.

He has a large internet following because of his food-related content, but part of that is also Disney related.
