Hello and today's in conversation with broadcast I'm Judy Khodkor the founder and editor of She of Sheelux and today I'm joined by Sheelux's Holmes and Interior's editor and mother of two Georgie Blaskey also by Lalo's Ambassador Cameron Longtell, and by relationship therapist Claire Faulner.

We're going to be chatting all about sex and specifically how to broach this often still

to be topic with your children. From the best age to start the conversation to explaining

consent, we thought it would be helpful to tackle this quite difficult topic as a parent together.

Good, it would be useful just to go around and just explain what age our children are at.

I'll stop with me.

So mine are four, nine and ten.

So I'd say with my 10- old this is territory that we're kind of getting into so I am literally all years and I'm going to be taking notes

So that's me Georginaina, your children are.

I've got a daughter who's 15 and a son who's about to turn 13.

Cameron, you got a lot of boys in your life.

I do.

I've got four boys, 17, 17 12 and 11 year old twins. Wow a boy.

Mother of four boys? Yes. You're very love I always think I am the Queen of the

castle.

Claire hello. What I've got a four-year-old daughter and a six-year-old son and then I've got two

older teenage step daughters who are 15 and
