We are talking Texas football and recruiting this week with Mike Roach.

Mike, we're back.

It's an in-season talking Texas, but we have some extra juice this week.

Yeah, a lot of recruiting stuff going on.

Plus, we already had planned to do our high school football playoff preview on the state of recruiting, which took three hours.

And so we didn't want to throw all the recruiting news on there, so we're moving it here and talking about what we would typically talk about there in the first

segment. Two points. One, what a great call from us not to also talk recruiting on state of

recruiting or else we genuinely might have gotten reprimanded for a four-hour show.

Like, and then two, and then...

It would have been a Joe Rogan, like, Blink episode. Yeah, exactly.

And, too, even for us, at last night, once we got to the pick-um, I was like, oh, man, this is ridiculous.

So anybody who made it through the full three hours, we appreciate you a ton getting our advertisers their bucks worth for the ad reads.

And I think we're ready to go and talk about what feels like the most exciting

recruiting and game day weekend of the year.

The Alabama game and visit obviously lived up to the hype.

But when you're looking at the fact that there could be as many as like five stars

and 20 to 34 stars on campus this weekend,

it just kind of doesn't get bigger than this.

Plus the prime time effect.

Texas is actually a favorite in this game.
